If a student is in distress due to UC decisions, please notify Ms. Please use the stairs if there is a need to evacuate. Take a moment to familiarize yourself with all backup college plans.

If you need help RIGHT NOW, find DIY resources on my YouTube Channel.Įmergency procedures for March: Please remain calm, listen to and follow instructions provided by the UCs.

If you need help with the waitlist statement and/or appeal, or other options (transfer, gap year, etc.), I will post updated guidelines on my blog after Berkeley decisions are released. Why am I telling you this? Because I want you to wait for all of the decisions (and, more importantly, the financial aid offers) to come out before weighing your options (yes, that means waiting for the Berkeley decision to come out at the end of March). In the past decade, I’ve personally heard of four students (three of them were my clients) who applied to five or six UCs and were only admitted to Berkeley. Do NOT wait until the last minute to submit the supplemental application. Make sure to allocate enough time to complete every part of the supplemental application well.
ASKMSSUN UC DECISIONS HOW TO
If you don’t receive instructions by mid-January or if you just need some help, head directly over to the applicant account page for each UC campus (follow the appropriate link below to access the list) there is usually a link somewhere on the account page that takes you to the help desk or FAQ to help you figure out how to get your account up and running.Remember that each UC campus makes admission decisions INDEPENDENTLY (this is the official stance of the UCs there is some speculation about decision coordination and the UCs continue to deny that – I’m a bit skeptical but have no evidence to contradict the UCs). Starting Fall 2022, Haas made the optional video interview open to all applicants (rather than by invitation only).
ASKMSSUN UC DECISIONS UPDATE
Transfer applicants should update their Fall 2022 schedule/grades and/or Winter/Spring 2023 schedule using the Transfer Academic Update in January and may continue to send updates through the Transfer Academic Update until the end of March changes/corrections to prior terms and/or other parts of the UC Application may be submitted through the applicant account at each UC campus (search the applicant FAQ or the “Help” section within your applicant portal to find out if corrections are required/permitted). Some applicant accounts are easier to set up and navigate than others, so sign up as soon as you receive instructions in order to familiarize yourself with the account features. You MAY be required to submit application corrections through the applicant account at each UC campus (search the applicant FAQ or the “Help” section within your applicant portal to find out if corrections are required/permitted). Some UC transfer decisions will be out in March (likely Merced and Riverside), but most will be out in April. Transfer students will be notified of admission decisions by April. Some UC freshman decisions will be out in February (likely Santa Cruz), but most will be out during March. UC Decisions Become Available UC Waitlist Information.

Freshman Applicants, Transfer Applicants.
